Dunes & Drams Bookings Terms and Cancellation Policy

At Dunes & Drams we always have client interests to the forefront. In this regard we have developed favourable bookings terms and cancellation policies to allow for the utmost flexibility and peace of mind when booking your luxury Irish trip.

Payment

A 20% booking fee is required to confirm your Tour with Dunes & Drams. In relation to Golf Tours a 50% booking fee is required to secure your booking. Until the booking fee is paid tour accommodation and services cannot be confirmed and are subject to availability and price changes.

Full payment is required 42 days prior to your arrival date. If preferred, a payment plan can be put in place to spread the cost of your tour balance over a period of time.

All prices on invoices are in Euro currency and all payments made are to be in Euro currency.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is relevant only to services booked directly through our company and does not include flights booked through our partner agency (if applicable).

  • All booking fees are non-refundable
  • Over 42 days’ notice of cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of the booking deposit paid
  • Less than 42 days’ notice of cancellation will incur a 100% cancellation fee
  • All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Dunes & Drams
  • Clients are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the purveyors of services including hotels, green fees and other itinerary components
  • In extenuating circumstances, we will seek to accommodate trip postponements to future dates and client name changes at no additional fee given sufficient notice

Travel Insurance

We would strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance for your trip to Ireland to cover any medical and /or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure / Limitation of Liability

Dunes & Drams Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense caused by strike, civil commotion, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, national, natural or nuclear disaster, late delivery, adverse weather conditions or other force majeure or relevant factors which may impact your booking.

Unforeseen circumstances also include level of water in rivers or floods rising, pandemics (Covid-19, SARS, MERS, etc.,), closure of airports and industrial disputes involving third parties, technical or maintenance problems or unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule or any failure in the information technology infrastructure (including but not limited to our website) or failure in internet connection.

Other terms and conditions

It is the full responsibility of the client to check the accuracy of the dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents.

It is the customers’ responsibility to be fully briefed on all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions and it is the responsibility of the designated liaison/primary booker for the group to ensure all participants on the trip are made aware of these terms and conditions before confirming their place on the trip. It is also your responsibility to verify passport requirements.
